UPDATE: The first video posted has been removed from You Tube, so I’ve added another version. I am also including here a link to what appears to be the same speech, delivered to a different audience. (Notice the different people sitting behind the Senator.) In it, Obama pauses at the same spot, and gives the same finger gesture. Coincidence, or planned? You decide.

I thought this was unintentional the first time I saw it, then I learned that he gave this speech twice and did the exact same gesture at the exact same time in both speeches. Other videos showing him scratching his face, never using the middle finger. Things that make you go hmmm…

I think it was deliberate. On Fox News, there was a link to the video at the bottom of their story. When you click on that you see an audience which includes an african-american man and an older white man. On the right panel, you will a link to a video from “Aharlegyrl” which shows Obama logo and a white woman in the background. He did it in both speeches, and both times he gave a pause for it to sink into the audience, and you can see that the audience responds probably without even being consciously aware why they are responding. Some have suggested that the audience was responding to the initial comment that was made, but at that time there was no audience reaction, only after they saw the finger. I think Obama is slick. Obama is a wise guy.

Making the same gesture, at the same time, in two separate speeches certainly makes it seem deliberate.

I for one would like to see the 2 different occasions, but it was clear from another angle that it wasn’t an intentional middle finger.

Same speech, different angles. I’m sure he has more than one tie, he doesn’t need to wear the same one twice. And the speeches were exactly the same, same length of pause, same mannerisms, same inflections, ums, uhs, etc. He’s not a robot. It’s the same speech.

Wow you did a lot better editing on this one than the other one The speed of the finger on the other video was way to fast. This one is more realistic. More Realistic but still Fake. You should be working for a movie or Television network somewhere if you are not already.
